Geometry of Ecology (from Greek   is the scientific study of the geometric relationships of living organisms with each other and with their natural environment. Topics of interest to ecologists include the three dimensional spatial relationships, composition, distribution, amount [biomass], number, and changing states of organisms within and among ecosystems. Ecosystems within geometric environments are composted of dynamically interacting polygonal mass including structured organisms, the communities they make up, and the non-living components of their environment.
